These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using the services and website provided by Huhu AI (“the Studio”).

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the Studio relating to the use of the services.

Article 2 (Inquiries and Requests)

Contacting us through the inquiry form does not constitute the formation of a contract. The specific service scope, cost, and timeline are confirmed separately through an estimate and contract.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

In using the services, you must not engage in any of the following:

Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
Conduct that infringes the rights of the Studio or third parties
Conduct that interferes with the operation of the services

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

Ownership of intellectual property in deliverables is determined by the individual contract. Unless otherwise agreed, it transfers to you upon full payment of the fees.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Studio strives for accuracy in the information and services it provides but does not guarantee their completeness or usefulness. The Studio is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to force majeure or other causes beyond its control.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)

The Studio may change these Terms without prior notice when it deems necessary.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the services, the court having jurisdiction over the Studio’s location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
